Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Best Story LLC ("BestStory", "Company", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing or using any BestStory services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for your account security and all activities under your account.
3. Services
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
Billing: Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued.
Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. No refunds for partial months, unused features, downgrades, or inactive periods.
Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Failed Payments: We may suspend paid features after 14 days of failed payment.
5. Free Plan
Free plans are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any automated means to access or extract data from the Services
- Create accounts, bookings, or data in bulk through automated means
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, security features, or plan restrictions
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, phishing, or abuse
- Interfere with or place undue burden on our infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense access without written consent
- Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Services
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
7. Fair Use Policy
"Unlimited" features are subject to fair use. AI features consume third-party API resources and are subject to reasonable usage caps. We may throttle, limit, or suspend usage that exceeds typical patterns at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Services remain the exclusive property of Best Story LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services. You retain ownership of your content.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Services integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct and make no warranties regarding them.
10. Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Service Availability
We do not guarantee any specific uptime. We shall not be liable for any damages caused by interruption or unavailability of the Services, regardless of duration or cause.
12. Service Termination
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account, or discontinue the Services entirely, at any time for any reason. For paid subscribers, if we permanently discontinue Services, we will make reasonable efforts to provide 30 days' notice. Your only remedy is a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
By You: You may terminate at any time. No refund for the current billing period.
Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Data may be deleted after 30 days.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
14. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL BESTSTORY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $100.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BestStory from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. You waive any right to jury trial or class action.
17. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
18. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
19. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time with 14 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
